Woolbeding Common & Pound Common
The local Walk. Plenty of options with superb views over Redford and Steadham Marsh, looking West towards Steadham.
Woolbeding Park & River Rother Walk
From Woolbeding Park, follow the footpath north towards Woolbeding house and Gardens and the picturesque Woolbeding church. Continue on the Rother Walk alongside arable land, and join the path towards the river and the boardwalk across the wetland full of reedmace, willow and rushes.
Cowdray Park & Golf Course
Starting at the Priory, walk up The Race and take the footpath across the Golf Course and either returning via the Polo fields or head via Benbow and Northwards towards Vining Common, linking back with The Race near Oaters Wood.
STEADHAM Village or Iping & steadham Common
Circular walk around Steadham village, past the village church, fording the River Rother at Steadham Mill and following the river back past Steadham hall. Alternatively starting on Iping common, follow the Serpent Trail, taking in Fitzhall and coming back through Steadham common
North Heath & Bexley HIll
Views of the South Downs and the fields running down towards Midhurst. Options to follow the Serpent trail down into Lodsworth, or loop back into Henley and around Verdly Wood.
HEYSHOTT & AMbersham Common
Open heathland to the south of the dismantled railway provides a variety of walking, with the options of Little London and Hyde Park just to the North.
